Editorial Policy

This page explains how Minute Mind AI decides what to publish, how articles are checked, and what happens when we get something wrong.
What we cover
We cover AI for business and money across four beats: Make Money with AI, AI for Business, AI in Finance, and AI & Data. We write for owners, operators, freelancers and finance professionals who want to know whether an AI tool or practice is worth their time and money.
Sourcing
We prefer primary sources: official documentation, regulators and standards bodies, company filings and the tool itself. Statistics are linked to where they come from and dated, so you can check them. We do not publish figures we cannot trace to a source.
Fact-checking and review
Every article is checked before it publishes: facts and figures against their sources, links that work, and claims that match what the source actually says. Articles that touch accounting, audit, tax, lending or investing get an additional accuracy review by a second person with a finance background, who is credited on the article.
Named authors
Nothing publishes anonymously. Each article shows its author, and each author’s background and beat are on the Editorial team page.
Use of AI
Articles are researched and written by people. We use AI tools to help with outlines, grammar and editing, the same way we write about them, and a person checks every fact before publication. We do not publish articles generated by AI without human writing and review.
Independence, ads and affiliates
The site is funded by advertising. Advertisers have no say in what we write. We take no payment for coverage. Some articles contain affiliate links; they are labeled, and they never decide whether or how we cover a product.
Corrections
When we make a mistake we fix it and add a note at the top of the article with the date and what changed. To report an error, use the contact form or write to hello@minutemindai.com. We review correction requests within two business days.
